📦 Shipping Policy – Tiny Tested

At Tiny Tested, we aim to deliver safe, transparent, and nutritious baby food right to your doorstep in the fastest and most reliable way. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

🕒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations / North-East / J&K: 7–10 business days

(Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on courier partner serviceability and external factors such as strikes, weather, or festivals.)

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders of 5 or more packets. Orders below that will have a flat shipping fee of ₹50.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charge of rs. 10

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be visible at checkout before you make the payment.

📍 Service Locations

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

📦 Packaging & Safety

  • Every order is carefully packed to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

  • All our pouches are NABL accredited Lab Verified and sealed in strong packaging to ensure maximum safety for your child’s health.

🧾 Delays & Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the standard timelines, please contact us at support@tinytested.in or via email tinytested25@gmail.com

  • In rare cases where a package is lost or undelivered, we will assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partner.

🔄 Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO).

  • Reshipping charges will apply for the second attempt.
